If you’re one of those people who can’t stand 3D movies but are aching to be part of the cool kids crowd, a guy created a pair of glasses that removes the third dimension out of 3D movies allowing you to see less than what you paid for. So while everyone else in the audience is wearing their 3D glasses and seeing arrows fly at them, you’ll be wearing your 2D ones and feeling like a dork.
2D glasses allow any RealD 3D movie to be viewed as if it is a normal two-dimensional movie. I created them so my wife could come see 3D movies with me without getting a headache.
To get a pair of these bad boys you have two options. First one is to buy a pair for $10. Second one is to make them yourself.
Of course, you can always just choose to simply not (pay for and) watch 3D movies.
