Not the United States. Not France either. It’s Spain!

As if Spain wasn’t cool enough already for having streets named after video games, the average Spanish woman makes the first move with 1.33 men (one man and his… member?) per month. At the bottom of the list are Ecuador and the United States, where the average value is a little below half that of Spain (0.62).

So if you’re living in the U.S. and are too shy to talk to that chick you like, don’t expect any help.
