XXX, not the kind you're looking for.
After having it a long time in the cooking, the ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) has finally given the .xxx domain its official approval.
Registration of an .xxx domain will cost ~$70, of which $10 will go to a nonprofit promoting “online responsibility” (whatever that means) and thwarting child pornography while another $30 will go to the Catholic church to show priests that women are hotter than altar boys.
You won’t have any more excuses for “accidentally” visiting porn sites once they start using .xxx. So that kind of sucks…
