Creepiest packaging ever?

In an attempt to lower the number of young smokers, the Australian Federal Government wants to remove brand logos from cigarette packaging and make them all plain, olive green in color – smokers hate olive green.

Obviously, industry giants don’t quite appreciate a measure that may end up hurting their bottom lines. One of them, Imperial Tobacco, said in a statement that “plain packaging has not been introduced in any country in the world and there is no evidence to support the government’s claim that this will reduce smoking.” Wait, what? Why the hell does that bother them? If anything, they should be embracing it if it doesn’t work. Don’t they know that cocaine is sold in a plain plastic bag with no branding and it still sells like crack?
