The new Atlantis?
It’s one thing to read about the floods that have hit Australia while looking at pictures of the aftermath, and a whole different thing to actually witness their power on video. Check out this amateur video of a Toowoomba flash flood that shows the horrifying power of the disaster.

Update: Things aren’t getting any better either. Sirens are going off in the Brisbane CBD and power has been cut. Also, floods have already reached Victoria (Australian state south of Queensland).
Update2: It seems like Western Australia is fighting bushfires. They seem to be needing some rain to help them keep the situation under control… oh the irony.
