Do you believe lightsabers and teleportation are real things? No? Well, a lot of Britons would like to disagree.
A survey by Birmingham Science City, which aimed to see if people know where science ends and fiction begins, has found that:
- Over 20% of adults (including George Lucas) believe lightsabers are actual, real weapons;
- 24% of them believe humans can be teleported;
- 18% of people think they can see gravity;
90% of Britons like to screw with researchers.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I have supplies to teleport to Japan.
