In news that isn’t even shocking anymore, a child protection official for the Catholic Church was caught with more than 4,000 child porn images on his home computer and work laptop. The man later admitted to both making and distributing the materials online.
ᶘ ᵒᴥᵒᶅ’s job within the Catholic Church was to monitor church groups and make sure other pedophiles don’t gain access to the children who are part of the church’s congregations. Which sounds like a typical Church decision, putting a fox in charge of the chicken house.
Now, I know hardcore Catholics will argue that this sick prick isn’t representative of their whole Church, but frankly, nobody really gives a f*ck about that excuse anymore. Too many children are abused too often, and it’s time to stop being apologetic and start cleaning up house.
