An activist group calling itself Consumer Watchdog is running a Times Square jumbotron advertisement in which they portray Google as this massive invader of your privacy, using the creepiest character design ever. And while I do believe that Google might be saving a little bit more user data than necessary (not for evil purposes though), the message of the video is way exaggerated and the presentation is dishonest. It almost feels like fear-mongering.

Plus, these guys chose to place the video on YouTube, which is a Google product (and it tracks viewer activity! gasp!). I mean, how hypocritical can you get?
