Polish doctors believe that the incredible amount of alcohol found in the blood of Aleksander Andrzej saved him from certain death, as he was found laying on a park bench in the Warsaw park wearing nothing but his underwear – in temperatures of -5C.
A breath test taken at a local hospital showed that he had 1,024 micrograms per 100ml. For reference, that alcohol concentration is nearly 30 times over the legal limit for driving.
The lesson to take from this is a simple one: it’s not a good idea to be only slightly alcoholic.
