In gaming related news, 2011 looks like it’s going to be a good year for MMO gamers. Firefall, a massive-multiplayer, team-based shooter created by the minds that brought you World of Warcraft and Tribes is set to be released for PC at the end of next year.
The gameplay trailer they presented at PAX 2010 looks straight-up amazing. And there’s a pretty lulzy dialog line in the background at 8:09. I won’t spoil it for you, but it’s related to Sarah Palin.
Anyway, check out the footage below and start drooling. Oh and before I forget, the game is going to be free-to-play, with a cash shop (which is the only thing I already hate about it).
