Senior officials in the American Catholic church have given their blessing to an iPhone/iPad app that guides worshipers through the process of confession.
The crap went on sale last week through iTunes for $1,99 and it offers tips, guidelines, as well as an examination of the user’s conscience based on personalized factors (age, sex, marital status). It doesn’t bless, though, but who can be picky when eternal salvation costs only $2, right?
