"Let's sleep together." Seriously?

For a mere $189 you can now buy an iPhone/iPad app that will coach you to be a better sleeper. The app’s name is Lark and what it does is it monitors your sleep patterns for a week and then offers tips to achieve “the next level of improved sleep.”

Within seconds of waking, you can check out last night’s sleep cycle. You can see how long it took to fall asleep, how many times and when you woke up and your sleep score on a scale of 1 to 10.

After your 7-day assessment, you get a set of personal goals to help you get to the next level of improved sleep. You’ll also see up to 15 tips based on your sleep patterns to help you get a better night’s sleep. For instance, the app suggests taking an afternoon 20-30 minute power nap at the same time each day, if you can’t get more hours at night.

File this under: useless overpriced crapp.
