Imagine Apple, Microsoft and Google as children on the playground. For the longest time, Apple and Microsoft have been bullying Google by saying their toys, iOS and Windows Phone, are the bestest, most original in town, and that Google’s toy, Android, is nothing but a stupid copy of theirs.

Of course, this wasn’t so, but if Apple and Microsoft were to take Google to toy originality court, the court would have likely supported their claims and demanded Google and his friends to reward Apple and Microsoft for being original mac daddies. Google knew this, but there was nothing he could do about it. He was a nice kid who didn’t want any trouble.

But even the nicest kid can only take so much bullying. Over this past weekend, Google decided enough is enough so he took $12,5 billion dollars out of his piggy bank and purchased one of the companies manufacturing his toy.

The name of Google’s new asset: Motorola. The name of Google’s new game: total playground domination.

In other words, holy shit.
