Have you read this, have you heard about this? A new poll by the Pew Research Center has found that 52% of American adults have heard little or nothing about the current events in Egypt. This is worrying, but things do balance out a bit as the remaining 48% of Americans say they have heard a lot about the subject.
Things take a turn for the worse when you look at teens, though, as they are entirely oblivious to global news. I know, they’re teens and world events don’t rank high on a teen’s interest list, but saying Egypt is still ruled by Pharaohs is pushing that excuse too far.
