The Philippine House of Representatives has approved a bill criminalizing the improper singing of the country’s national anthem. If you’re caught singing it at anything other than a marching tempo, or not within the range of 100 to 120 beats per minute, you will face up to two years in jail and a fine of over $2000.

And I’m not making this up, they really are that bored.
