Does this get your attention?
It looks like Japan is past its Godzilla problem and is now facing a new threat: violent monkeys (King Kong, anyone?).
A Japanese publication writes that over 81 people have been injured in monkey attacks in Mishima, in the Shizuoka Prefecture. And in order to solve the problem, the local Japanese authorities are offering a $2,400 (200,000 yen) reward for containing one such violent monkey in a room until wildlife officials can capture it. You read that right, $2,400 USD for each contained monkey.
So if you’re something like Bear Grylls and can trace monkeys without being distracted by cute Japanese females, book a flight to Japan and make some money. And yes, I will accept 1% of your earnings for the tip.
You’re welcome.
