In the Dhamtari district, which is part of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh, police have arrested an elephant for killing a man. I’m not sure if they put over-sized cuffs on his legs and took him to their elephant detention facility, but justice seems to be blind as a bat in that part of the world. I mean, it’s an elephant for god’s sake…
What are they going to do next, take the elephant in front of a judge to hear his case and then send him to the elephant correctional facility?
