This educational cartoon is the creation of Japanese media artist Kazuhiko Hachiya, who tried to illustrate the current state of events at the Fukushima nuclear power plant in terms so simple that even a child would understand it. Needless to say, his mission was a success and the result is the most Japanese thing I’ve seen this week.
