So this 48-yo man from Memphis, Tennessee, took his kids to the birthday party of one of their friends. They got there kind of late though and all the cake was gone, along with the ice cream. He thought that was unacceptable and yelled “Y’all didn’t save my kids no damn ice cream and cake!”
Angered by the fact that the cake promised in the invitation was a lie, the man went back to his apartment, grabbed a gun, tucked it in his pants, and after returning to the party he lifted up his shirt and told the hostess he “ain’t scared to go to jail.”
Police were called and the guy is now behind bars on an aggravated assault charge, with his bond set at $30,000. Imagine how much cake he could have bought with that.
