In Soviet Russia, officials asked you to kiss their feet. They still do.
This Russian official is asking a bunch of schoolchildren to kiss his feet and hand, while forcing them to do push-ups with military-style commands. His explanation for what he did was simple:
“He told us he had experienced the same thing in the Red army. He said he believed today’s youth weren’t disciplined and needed to be properly educated.”
Obviously they needed proper education in foot-kissing, to then advance to ass-kissing when they’re grown ups. How else are they going to be successful adults if they lack those critical skills.
