This story comes to show that if you want any of your relationships to last, you shouldn’t get a parrot. Ever.

There was this couple, Andy and Rachel, who had a pet parrot. One day Rachel was cuddling Andy on the sofa when the parrot said “Oh Claire, oh Claire,” following with “I love you Claire.” The guy claimed the parrot must have picked up the lines from the TV, but Rachel did some woman-detective work (by calling his office), and found out he was out for lunch with Claire.
