Remember this Japanese road I wrote about last week? Even though the repairs weren’t complete at that point, the company in charge of it (NEXCO Higashi Nippon) had already made good progress. As of yesterday, though, the rebuilding process was complete and the highway was open for traffic.

    High fees for this sort of fast response seems very reasonable.
