Apparently Clinton wasn’t the only bombhead wanting to fix the Gulf oil leak with an explosion. Former Russian minister of nuclear energy and veteran Soviet physicist Viktor Mikhailov wants the same thing. But spicier. Whereas Clinton didn’t want a nuclear explosion, the Russian does.

If you think about it, most of the world’s problems can be solved with nukes. All you have to do is nuke the right places.

Anyway, if they do decide to blow up the leaking well after all, I hope there will be lots of HD cameras to capture the moment. It’s bound to be epic looking.
