A kid from Serbia, who was never taught any English, went to bed one night – like all kids do. But when he woke up the next morning, he started speaking perfect English.
Mom Dragana says her son simply got out of bed one morning at the family home in Nis and began talking to her in perfect English.
English language expert Professor Tatjana Paunovic from Nis University explained: “It’s fascinating. We have talked to him for an hour in English and he speaks the language better than we do – like he was born speaking it.”
Medics believe the boy may have acquired some sort of autistic talent for the language, but in reality they’re just as clueless about what happened as you and I are. I’m just hoping one day I’ll wake up knowing how to cure cancer or something cool like that.
