I also help Imran Khan the prominent solicitor by collecting information to use in the trial of terror suspects, I write refutations to prosecution evidence used in terror cases. Most recently my refutation of Muhammed Babr (the alleged Jihadi supergrass) was submited to the high court in London.

I attend the marches, those held by both stop the war and friends of al aqsa. I also advise Lindsey German founder of stop the war coalition on policy. There are many other things but my purpose is not to list them all but to prove a point. Beards and Jilbabs do not stop anyone, and guidance is only from Allah (SWT)

The way i and my family dress does not affect the work i do..you judge me by the way i look (sounds like BNP..you are acting just like them).

This is just an excuse, you can pray, dress like a Muslim and still do political work..they are not incompatible. The argument that i can’t wear a scarf or jillbab or keep a beard and do political work as well doesn’t hold water. Islam commands me to keep a beard and also to help my brothers in Guantanamo. Islam commands my wife to dress like a Muslimah and help the brothers in Guantanamo.

Alhamdulillah we are Muslims , both by appearance and by action.

Finally, jilbab does not hold you back, my wife is in jilbab and niqab and has a degree, a masters and attends university doing her PGCE (teaching degree) and we have 3 kids to look after as well.
