If I was working for The Telegraph (a periodical with a circulation of 822,000), I’d be embarrassed. Their top story today features an article about a cat that’s been ordered to attend duty service. Sure, it’s innocent fluff, but it definitely isn’t “news” of any kind since a youtube video report on the same subject has been online for over a year.

It makes me wonder what kind of journalism they’re doing over there if they can’t even figure out basic things, like dates and sources for the materials they write about. What’s next, breaking news reports covering the attack of Pearl Harbor?
