WTF?

The January edition of the addiction journal Substance Abuse documents two cases of individuals using “snake bites as a novel form of substance abuse.”

One of the victims (?), Mr. PKD, says he decided to try snake venom in order “to experience the kick the other substances now lacked.” He describes the experience as “a feeling of dizziness and blurred vision followed by a heightened arousal and sense of well-being lasting a few hours.” The other guy says he felt “a blackout associated with a sense of well-being, lethargy, and sleepiness.”

Despite it being an insane way to get high (this might happen), it does put pot in perspective!
