The “well educated” lady who went off on a Metro-North train conductor for god knows what is now seeking the help of a PR expert to fix her image. In a letter she sent to a PR firm asking for assistance in dealing with the incident, the woman said:
The public only knows the two minutes of my dispute that were shown on the video that went viral. However, there was a lot more to the story than those two minutes.
I can honestly say I feel raped by the Internet.
