Travel money aside, my secret hope is that Norwegian authorities will allow the Westboro Baptist Church into the country and won’t ban their protest. I know, that’s a terrible thing to wish for, but don’t rush your judgement. The secret part of my hope involves angry Vikings swinging axes at the WBC. Can you imagine how glorious that would be? Sure, it may go against freedom of speech and all that other high-ground stuff, but the only thing that can stop those a**holes from spewing hatred everywhere is a rejuvenating Viking beating.
