A man from the Ivory Coast, identified by the initials A.B., tried the dumbest thing ever. He went to UAE’s central bank and tried to exchange two $1 million bills for smaller US bills or UAE dirham. And in an attempt to improve the chances of his scheme, he promised a woman employee of the bank 30% of the money if she helped him.
Of course, his plan worked just as well as BP’s Deepwater Horizon oil rig.
The phony notes he tried to pass featured the $1 portrait of George Washington and were mostly black and white on the front. Which is totally how $1 million bills would look like if they were real, right?
Maybe he should have printed himself a brain first.
